Mark Roncone CRNP, FNP-C
Mark Roncone has lived in Washington County Maryland since 2005 after an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army. While on active duty, he served as an infantryman at the 6th Ranger Training Battalion. He was deployed in 2007 after being recalled and spent 1 year in Iraq.
Mark is originally from West Seneca, NY (which borders the city of Buffalo). He grew up a die hard Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan and remains a die hard fan to this day.
He worked as an Registered Nurse in the Neuro/Trauma ICU at Winchester Medical Center and in the ER at Meritus Medical Center.
He completed his Master's Degree at Simmons College and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2017. He has worked in both family practice and urgent care settings as a Nurse Practitioner. He has cared for patients across the lifespan. Mark’s goals are to work with you on your health goals to increase wellness and life quality.
He has been married to his wife for over 20 years and has three sons who are active in sports year round. He has volunteered as a coach for both youth and high school football, youth lacrosse and youth soccer.

Lori Jenkins CRNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-C
Lori Jenkins is originally from the Washington, D.C. area and has lived in different parts of Maryland most of her life. She started her career as a Registered Nurse gaining experience in multiple areas including critical care, emergency medical services, medical-surgical, care management for vulnerable populations, and palliative care. She has more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. In 2018, she completed a family nurse practitioner program and became certified to work with individuals of all ages. Recognizing how important mental health is to physical well-being, she decided to complete a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program. Lori is dual certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner.
Lori has gained experience in acute care, urgent care, palliative care, family primary care, and behavioral health. Most of that experience has been working with individuals and families that have significant barriers to healthcare. She is passionate about removing barriers to care including the stigma of mental illness.
Lori’s passion is advocating for her patients’ needs to promote their optimal health while providing individualized care. She promotes her patients’ autonomy and encourages patients to be actively involved in their care. She takes a holistic approach, recognizing that all aspects of patients’ lives are significant in balancing health and wellness.

Lori has two children, two dogs, and two pet reptiles that keep her busy at home. She enjoys spending time with her family just about anywhere but the beach is her favorite place to go. Lori also enjoys playing the guitar and appreciates all types of music.

Prior to joining Antietam Family Health, Allison worked for almost a decade at Meritus Medical Center as a Certified Pediatric Registered Nurse on 2 East. There she provided care in the areas of pediatric care, women’s health, bariatric surgical and medical/surgical short stay patients. She has also worked in urology and aesthetics as a Nurse Practitioner.
Allison is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. Throughout her career, Jennifer has developed a strong foundation in both clinical care and patient education. She is committed to providing individualized, holistic care and values building meaningful relationships with her patients to support their long-term health and wellness goals.
Jennifer has been married to her husband for over 20 years, and together they have two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and staying active outdoors.

Danielle, LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)

Before earning her masters degree, Danielle worked in multiple group homes, and residential treatment settings. All in all, Danielle brings over 20 years of experience in mental health to the practice.

Danielle focuses on helping individuals find their healthiest selves through collaborative work on their communication skills, coping skills and self-care. Danielle utilizes an integrative approach to the therapeutic process.

Meghan Mann LCSW-C (Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical)
Meghan has lived in Pennsylvania throughout her life. She attended the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2007 with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business. She earned her Master of Social Work from Shippensburg University in 2011. Meghan has been a therapist in the Washington County area for the past 14 years, beginning her professional career as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW). She then obtained her Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) license in 2015.
Meghan began her career as a therapist working in crisis treatment with adults at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. She has worked in a private, non-public special education school program focusing on the behavioral needs of students for the past 10 years. Prior to obtaining her Master of Social Work, Meghan worked for 4 years at an inpatient psychiatric hospital with children, adolescents, and adults, and also worked for 3 years with children and adolescents in both in-home and school-based settings.

Dawn Clinical Manager (Certified Medical Assistant)
Dawn has worked with Antietam Family Health almost from its inception. She is a local graduate from Williamsport High School. She earned her Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from Towson University's CMA course. Dawn is nationally certified through National HealthCareer Association (NHA) as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has always been interested in healthcare and taking care of people.
Dawn brings almost 10 years of health care experiences to Antietam Family Health. Before joining our team, she has prior experience as Unit Secretary at a few local nursing homes and as medical receptionist at Southside Pediatrics and Adult Care. Her duties included answering phones, scheduling patients, checking patients in and out of their appointments. Dawn then continued her medical career at Meritus Women’s Health as an office secretary. It was there that she transitioned to a medical assistant. Dawn's duties at Meritus Women’s Health included, front end office duties as well as doing vitals and injections, assisting with procedures.
Dawn lives locally and has been married for almost 15 years. She has four children. You can often find Dawn, in her free time, on the sidelines cheering on her little Leopards. The beach is Dawn’s happy place.

Sarah is a 1994 graduate of Hedgesville High School and brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the Antietam Family Health team.
She began her career at Partners in Pediatrics with Dr. Weneck, where she worked for 12 years. Sarah then continued her healthcare journey at Robinwood Heart Center, serving in the front office for three years. She went on to spend eight years as the Practice Administrator at Southside Pediatrics and Adult Care, followed by two years as a Surgical Coordinator at Meritus Urology. Throughout her career, Sarah has remained deeply committed to patient care and supporting efficient, compassionate medical practices.
Outside of work, Sarah has been married for 30 years and is the proud mother of three children. She enjoys spending her free time on the sidelines cheering on her daughter’s softball teams, the Clear Spring Blazers and the Lady Renegades. When she’s not at the ball field, Sarah enjoys relaxing with a good book.
